Industry Advisory Groups

Our Industry Advisory Groups are an excellent vehicle for Industry and Registered Training Organisations to have a voice, and we encourage your participation and contribution.

There are currently eight Industry Advisory Groups working within the Food, Fibre and Timber Industries Training Council. Consisting of representatives from Industry and Registered Training Organisations, these groups are coordinated by the Project Managers and provide valuable input to the continual improvement of training packages, the creation of new traineeships, along with the provision of data for use in regard to workforce development and generally providing feedback on important issues.

The groups meet three times a year, and assist in setting the goals and priorities of the training council. Please refer to our meetings for the latest schedule.

If you would like to attend the meetings, please contact us to register your interest, or become a member for full involvement.
